Marketplace Rules

You are responsible for the accuracy of every listing. That includes the title, description, price or pay details, location, photos, and contact information. You must have the right to sell, lease, or offer the item or position you list, and the right to post every photo you upload.

Listings must describe what you are actually offering. Prices, pay, condition, and availability must be accurate as of the posting date. Don't list items you cannot lawfully sell, lease, or offer.

You may not post content that:

• is false, misleading, deceptive, or bait-and-switch;
• is a scam, including requests for deposits or payment outside a transaction you have verified;
• infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights, including using another seller's photos without permission;
• impersonates another person or business, or misstates your affiliation with one;
• includes another person's personal information without that person's consent;
• is spam, a duplicate of the same item across several categories, or unsolicited commercial advertising;
• for employment listings, does not comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination law;
• advertises an illegal item or service.

Employment and business-service listings must show a price, or pricing or pay details such as “Contact for pricing” or “Pay negotiable”. The listing must not state a price or pay that does not exist.

The phone number and email address on a live listing are shown publicly. Share only the contact details you are comfortable making public.

Only Food Trucks is an advertising platform. It does not sell the items, employ the workers, or take part in transactions between buyers and sellers. It does not verify listings, inspect items, or guarantee payment or delivery.

Buyers are responsible for inspecting items, verifying a seller's identity and claims, and choosing how to pay and receive goods. Sellers and employers are responsible for the terms they agree with buyers and workers, including payment, delivery, warranty, and employment terms.

To report a listing, email info@onlyfoodtrucks.com. We don't commit to a response time.

We may review, edit, or remove a listing, and may suspend an account, for breaking these rules.

Each published ad runs for 90 days from publication. You can mark an ad Sold or Closed before it ends.

Renewal, Featured placement, and fees for Marketplace ads are not available yet. Their terms will be published before those features open.

Only Food Trucks may publish selected imported listings on the seller's behalf for a one-time free 90-day run. Sellers can review, edit or remove them after signing in. Owner rules acceptance is recorded only when the owner accepts.

Before an owner publishes a listing, the owner must accept the version of these rules in effect. Publishing is open for imported listings, each of which may use one free 90-day launch run. Publishing other Marketplace ads is not yet open.

We may update these rules. Each version has its own identifier and effective date.
