Effective
Using Only Food Trucks
These terms apply when you use the Only Food Trucks website and Business Center. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the site.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish — your menu, prices, schedule, and contact details — and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be the owner or an authorized representative of the food truck business you create a profile for.
Trial and payments
New owner accounts start with the trial shown at sign-up, which doesn't require a card. This site doesn't take payment today. Paid features, including Business Center membership and Marketplace ads, are not available for purchase yet. Their terms will be published before they open.
Marketplace
Marketplace listings are governed by the Marketplace Rules. Publishing Marketplace ads is not yet open.
Acceptable use
Only Food Trucks is built for independent mobile food businesses. Don't use the platform to publish false information, impersonate another business, or misuse the platform in a way that harms other owners, customers, or event planners.
Removal
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Text alerts (SMS)
Only Food Trucks lead alerts is an optional text-message program for business owners with an Only Food Trucks account. If you turn it on under Account > Notifications, we send a text to the mobile number you verify when a new lead arrives for your business: a message sent through your storefront, or a buyer's inquiry about your Marketplace listing. Each text links to the lead in your account and never includes the sender's details or message. Leads that arrive during the quiet hours you choose are sent as one summary when quiet hours end. We do not send marketing texts.
- Message frequency varies with the leads you receive, up to 20 lead alerts per account in a rolling 24-hour period. The one confirmation text when you turn alerts on, verification codes you request, and replies to STOP, START or HELP are not lead alerts.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply STARTto receive texts again. You can also turn alerts off or remove your number under Account > Notifications.

- Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of membership or of buying a listing.
- Text alerts are available for US mobile numbers only.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your data
Your business data is stored in your account. Self-service data export and self-service account deletion are not available yet. To ask for either, email info@onlyfoodtrucks.com. We don't commit to a response time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle it.
Changes
We're an early-stage platform and these terms may change as the product grows. We'll do our best to communicate meaningful changes clearly, not bury them.
